"Update 6/5/26 - I continued to be blown away with the customer service at Carrie Welch State Farm. Every time I text, call or email her office the staff is super helpful and takes care of my needs. The latest was some questions about theft on one of our vehicles and some billing questions I had on our auto policy. Leah McMahon bent over backwards to look into it for me and then explain exactly what things meant in a way so I could understand it all while having a great attitude. Thanks Carrie Welch State Farm. I switched our Auto, Home and one of my college kids rental home policies from Travelers to State Farm and can’t say enough about what a great job David Brown did. He was so patient with me in running things several ways, always got back to me when he said he would and has a great attitude. I highly recommend checking with them if you need to look for new policies. I even emailed a question on the weekend because I was afraid I’d forget by Monday and Carrie Welch got back to me on the weekend. My oldest needed a new auto policy also shortly after I switched ours to State Farm and in less than a day David got him set up as well. Again efficiently and with a great attitude. Highly recommend this office Jan 2025 experience. Again a great experience. My youngest who is a sophomore in college was in an accident heading back to school from Christmas break. We called David to ask him how to proceed. The first thing he asked my daughter was are you ok and really meant it. This made an impression on her and she said as much after we got off the phone with him. Later in the process she couldn’t get through to the main State Farm number when she was at the rental car place and called David and he immediately took care of what she needed for them to finish up the rental. The customer service at the State Farm office is incredible. My contact is always David first but I’ve also had experiences with other employees there and they also have been awesome."

"New AI algorithm State Farm is using sucks. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and was informed my policy was not going to be renewed 😡 Silver lining Allstate provided more coverage at a lesser rate ☺️"

"I had to talk for more than an hour to finalize the quote. Kelly Oates did not budge on the quote requesting some reduction of the premium. I had much flexible representatives in my previous NY StateFarm office. Some adjustments for senior citizens are required, if possible!"
